IWD is a time to celebrate women’s achievement in the past. It’s also a time to think about the opportunities (and lack thereof) they have today, and contributions that women will make in the future. This display highlights women’s achievement and work across the ages in many areas: science, technology, the arts, music, and literature, as well as in politics and labor. Celebrate IWD by taking something to read, to listen or to watch!
